Pudong

Pudong is the city district in Shanghai known as the “new economic and high technology district”. Today it comprises almost the entire area east of the Huangpu. Pudong has a population of about 1.8 million inhabitants in an area of 522 square kilometres (about 201.5 square miles or 128,989 acres).
